Returns and refunds

We want you to love your Tiny Judgements T-shirt. Because our T-shirts are made to order, we recommend checking the measurements carefully before placing your order.

Please check the size guide before ordering. A good way to choose your size is to compare the measurements with a T-shirt you already own that fits you well. This can help you choose the right size and avoid the need for a return.

14-day returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

To request a return, please email hello@tinyjudgements.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and let us know that you would like to cancel your purchase.

Once you've notified us that you want to cancel, you must send the item back within 14 days.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Please take reasonable care of the item while you have it. If an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, we may make a deduction from your refund to reflect any resulting loss in value.

Please wait for our return instructions before sending anything back. We'll provide the return address once your return request has been approved.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your T-shirt is damaged, faulty or you've received the wrong item.

Email hello@tinyjudgements.com with your order number and, where possible, a photo showing the problem. We'll assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

You will not be responsible for return postage where the item is faulty, damaged or was supplied incorrectly.

Please don't return a faulty, damaged or incorrect item until we've contacted you with return instructions.

Exchanges

We don't currently offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or design, you can return your original item and place a new order.

Please check the measurements carefully before placing your replacement order.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked your returned item, we'll process your refund without undue delay and within the timeframe required by law.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

For eligible cancellations, we'll refund the cost of the standard delivery option you selected when placing your order. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we'll refund only the equivalent standard delivery cost.
